A minor in art consists of a minimum of 18 credit hours of art, at least 12 of which must be in 3000- or 4000-level courses. The minor must be pre-approved by the chair of the Department of Visual and Performing Arts. Suggested courses are: ART 1010 , ART 1200 , ART 1210 , ART 3500 and ART 3510 , plus any additional upper division studio course.
