The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management-Major in Finance is a 60 credit program that blends UVA Wise’s liberal-arts core with a professional business foundation to prepare graduates for careers in corporate finance, banking, investments, and financial services.

Students complete the Business Department core (accounting, economics, management, marketing, analytics) and then progress through a focused finance sequence that includes Money, Banking & Financial Markets; Corporate Finance; Investment Analysis; Global Finance, Blockchain & Derivatives; Intermediate Accounting I; and Social Issues & Business Ethics in Management. The curriculum emphasizes quantitative and technological fluency alongside ethical reasoning and clear written and oral communication.
