BIO 3110 - Cellular Communications

A study of the basic mechanisms used by all cells to monitor and respond appropriately to their environment. Topics to be covered include cell adhesion molecules and cell trafficking, hormones and ligand-receptor interactions, signal transduction, transport across cell membranes and trafficking of intracellular components.
