PSY 4700 - Psychological Disorders Childhood

Credit(s) 3

This course will introduce students to research, theory, and clinical evidence about developmental pathways that result in maladaptive behavior in childhood and beyond. Although this is a lifespan perspective, the main focus of the course will be on childhood and adolescence. Throughout this course, students will learn understand and analyze the development, etiology, and treatment of psychological disorders in childhood and adolescence.
