BUS 3118 - Project Risk Management

Credit(s) 3

This course provides students with effective tools for measuring and assessing project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Upon completion, students will gain a better understanding of practices used to assess, manage, and mitigate risks. Emphasis is placed on managing risks associated with project changes and risks associated with information technology projects. Students will learn how to conduct risk assessment with the project team.
