MTH 3050 - History of Math For Teachers

An application oriented study of the history of mathematics for students whose interests are in teaching K-8. Emphasis is given to mathematicians and their contributions with a focus on various applications of their work. (MTH 3050 does not count toward a major or minor in mathematics.)

MTH 2030  or MTH 2040  with a C or better
