GER 1030 - Accelerated Elementary German

Credit(s) 3

An intensive review of 1010 and 1020 which includes vocabulary and grammar. Course is conducted in German. Students must get a C- or higher in Accelerated Elementary German (GER 1030) in order to meet the six-hour foreign language requirement. If they do so, they earn 3 credits for GER 1010, as well as the 3 credits for GER 1030 for a total of 6 credits. If they receive a D-, D, or D+ in the class, they may retake GER 1030 with the same requirements or take GER 1020 and pass in order to meet the foreign lanugage requriement.
