BIO 3500 - Environmental Microbiology

An introduction to prokaryotic and eukaryotic microbiology, biochemistry, and bacterial physiology of concern to environmental science. Focuses on interrelationships between microorganisms and the environment, including soil, aquatic, air, and extreme environments. Three class and three laboratory hours.

Prerequisites
BIO 1020 /BIO 1021  and either BIO 1010 /BIO 1011  or BIO 1030
